**Position**: Regional IT Lead
**Location**: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
**Salary Range**: Up to RM 7,500
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Regional IT Lead** to manage and optimize our Microsoft cloud environment and IT infrastructure. This role will be pivotal in ensuring high system availability, security, and performance while supporting regional operations and collaborating with global teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the Microsoft environment including **M365 Cloud, Azure Active Directory, and Intune**, ensuring optimal configuration, deployment, and monitoring of endpoint software.
- Provide second and third-level vendor-tier support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
- Deliver and manage Microsoft cloud products in line with the product roadmap, maintaining high quality and timeliness.
- Guide and support users, ensuring adherence to IT governance, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary **escalation point for technical support** to local businesses, regional offices, and third-party IT vendors.
- Contribute to the **ITSM Knowledge Base**, documentation, and process improvements based on ITIL principles.
- Prepare and maintain key documentation including **service agreements, compliance reports, and operational manuals**.
- Travel occasionally for on-site collaboration with stakeholders, suppliers, and integration partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or a related discipline.
- Minimum **7 years** of IT experience with at least **5 years in Microsoft M365, Azure AD, Intune**, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Deep technical knowledge of **Windows 10/11, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft XDR, Intune with Autopilot**, and network systems (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers).
- Experience with **MS Power Automate**, **PowerShell scripting**, and IT automation tools.
- Proficient in **mobile device management (MDM)**, including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- **ITIL 4 certification** is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as **Azure Administrator Associate** or **Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator** are highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and Microsoft trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
