Tender management including preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions, and assembly of tender documents.
- Cost estimate, cost planning, and cost management. Checking developing designs against the project budget
- Estimating the cost of variations
- Preparing valuation statements for interim certificates
- Benchmarking requirements against similar projects
- Assessing tenders
- Contract management and contractual advice
- Valuation of construction work

Able to attend Site Visit, Site Meeting, Site Valuation around Perak area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
