** **Position Summary**:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's equipment, guest rooms and facilities remain in excellent working condition. The role requires hands-on technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repair.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and repair guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on air conditioning, electrical systems, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hotel equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report major repair needs to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist in emergency situations (e.g., power failures, water leaks).
- Work with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk) to ensure guest satisfaction.

***Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Technical knowledge in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems efficiently
- Physically fit; able to lift, climb, bend and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and on-call as required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
