**Job Title**:

- Lead, ITBP Airline Operations (Ground Operations)

**Reports To**:

- Senior Manager, ITBP Airline Business

**Role Purpose**:

- Provide leadership in Digital and IT for Airline Business by building and driving execution of IT strategies to improve business results in terms of efficiency, customer experience, revenue generation, cost reduction and IT Security.

**Key Accountability**:

- Set direction on IT Strategy, Digital & IT adoption, Risk & Compliance to strengthen technology solutions and future proof MAG by ensuring that business units are supported by the right technology and updated solutions/ technical capabilities.
- Architect and lead innovation in using technology to achieve business objectives (especially on benefits realization in terms of operating costs, resource productivity and customer service delivery) as stipulated business plan for the portfolio.
- Manage partners and service providers to provide quality delivery of all IT services and ensure mínimal business disruptions due to IT outages by meeting all SLAs.
- Lead collaboration with users, service providers and IT staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and plan ahead for future requirements, changing market demands or potential external risks.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance to the stipulated applicable guidelines on usage of IT and communication technology to regulatory bodies, authorities, service delivery partners and aircraft operating manuals in accordance to corporate policy and manuals.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Degree in any related discipline with 10 years of working experience in Information Technology.
- Master in Business Administration or Process Engineering or IT/Computer Science with 4 years of working experience in Aviation Industry.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Business Analyst, Process Reengineering and System Development Life Cycle.
- Business Case Development, project budgeting, team management.
- Programme Management (of multiple concurrent dependant projects).
- Airport and Aviation technology and basic understanding of aviation regulations.

**Key Challenges**:

- To keep abreast with the latest available technology for adoption by the business through a structured change management programme to sustain business competitiveness.
- Number of processes and variations across the overall airline business with limited number of resources to provide a full advisory support.
- To keep the business relevant in the eyes of other partners to derive the best value proposition from the service providers in term of financial and value added services offering at optimal cost to the Group.
