To attend to customer enquiries
- Communicate feedback from customers internally
- Planning work schedules for individual and teams.
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Addressing problems and trouble shooting
- Assist Manager on promoting and marketing the business
- Constantly strive improvement in work processes and results, to better meet customers expectation
- Create itinerary& activities to help customer enjoy their leisure time.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management.
- Preferred working on weekend & public holiday
