As a Social Media Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for online promotion and self-media account management of our Kuala Lumpur branch. Through engaging content and strategies, you will help expand our influence and recognition in the digital domain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute new media marketing campaigns to increase brand exposure and user engagement.
- Manage and update the company's self-media accounts, publishing interesting and valuable content.
- Analyze social media data and trends, devising optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate online and offline marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Deep understanding and interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Strong creative and writing skills to craft captivating content.
- Proficiency in various social media platforms and analytical tools.
- Adaptability to rapid changes in digital marketing trends.
