- Responsible for daily Polish, Plating & manufacturing OSRM Pull
- Daily tracking of actual usage & react by working with Operation Engineering & Process Team
- Assist & coordinate the study of IDM usage, waste reduction & optimization initiative and program.
- Planning for OSRM requirement used by operation, NPI, plant idling & special event
- On hold & disposition of Non-Conformance Product with SQE Team
- KPI Snapshot Preparation, Analysis & Review for Plate, Polish and Operation consumable.
- Assist in preparing IDM usage cost reporting
- Tracking & monitoring the usage of consumable items by daily, weekly & quarterly.
- Verify & Quantify Operation OSRM Stocks
- Responsible for the planning & forecast of consumables items and material for operation.
- Responsible for the stock count, managing & housekeeping of the OSRM items at OSRM storage area
- Follow the workplace safety and health procedures, or rules implemented at the workplace, not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you and use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working.
- To report any hazards in workplace and to initiate action to stop a hazardous activity.
- Supporting IMS, BCMS and RBA activities including audit and maintaining departmental policies.

**Qualifications** Educational, Certifications & Licenses Required**:

- Diploma in Business Studies, Business Admin, Purchasing, Cost & Accounting or related field

**Skill Required**:

- Effective planning and pay attention to details skills.
- Proactive, assertive with good communication skills
- Willing to learn and trainable to use Oracle, Power BI.

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in any related field
- Working experience in managing inventory and cost in manufacturing environment is an advantage.
