**Job Requirements - E-Commerce and Social Media Internship**

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (eBay, Taobao, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Brainstorming and creating content for social media posts and other platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Posting content, managing social media channels, and engaging with online communities.
- **E-Commerce Operations**: Handling product listings, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer support.
- **Marketing Support**: Assisting with marketing campaigns, market research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
- **Creative Input**: Editing videos and contributing to visual assets for online presence.
- **Additional Duties**:Perform other duties as required or assigned.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Ability to create engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

**Other Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Able to commit to the full internship duration (typically 3-6 months).
- Punctual, responsible, and dependable.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country of the internship.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (required)

Work Location: In person
