**The Role: Digital and E-commerce Marketing Executive**
As a Digital and E-commerce Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and executing exciting marketing campaigns that spotlight our clients pet products and services. You’ll lead digital strategies, drive e-commerce growth, organize memorable events, and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure their marketing initiatives stand out.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Strategy**: Develop and implement impactful digital marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu) and e-commerce platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- **Drive E-Commerce Growth**: Optimize our online shopping experience and implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance sales and customer experience.
- **Campaign Planning & Proposal Writing**: Develop creative and data-driven proposals for campaigns that align with our strategic goals, executing integrated marketing initiatives.
- **Event Marketing & Execution**: Plan, organize, and execute events that amplify brand awareness, engage the pet community, and strengthen customer relationships.
- **Budget & Resource Management**: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- **Collaborate & Build Partnerships**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Passion for Pets**: Genuine love for animals and a strong desire to contribute to the pet care community.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce with proven success in driving campaigns and sales growth.
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Creative & Driven**: Ability to think outside the box and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.
