Customer Resolutions Executive

_**Responsibilities**:_
- Ensure personally acts in accordance with all appropriate safety legislation and guidelines
- Responsibility for physical administration activities for the respective country business accurately, timely and effectively with use of SAP and associated systems
- Handles leaves and returned mail.
- Delivers accurate and a timely comprehensive physical support in the above activities including filling as well as cylinder complaints management
- Ensure compliance with defined process and agreed SLA’s
- Proactively ensures that both internal and external customers are provided with accurate/appropriate documentations to enable the full OTC process to work effectively
- Provide effective responses and rapid resolutions to customer enquiries through close liaison with respective teams.
- Is able to effectively prioritise and reflect trends to provide solutions to any root cause issues working with the CEC Manager - ensuring accurate picture re administration handling
- Provide ad hoc support or initiatives as directed by line manager that includes transactional processing, reports and analysis generation.
- Ensure completeness of billing for Customer Returned Cylinder Defects Form (CRCDF) and all CRCDF should be tracked.
- Meeting and or exceeding agreed Key Performance Indicators
- Performs any other tasks/assignments/projects related to the CEC Department that may become necessary as deemed fit by department strategy and/or Management. - **Requirements**:_
- **_12 months contract_**:
- 2 years + experience in administration role - operations, commercial, sales or related role
- Solid understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of admin and the role within the OTC process.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent and accurate results to required deadlines
- Ability to review process and develop improvement to create the most optimum way
- Excellent administration and documentation skills and able to comprehend and comply to defined processes
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm ; Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
