**Job Summary**:
The Business Development & Sales Merchandiser Executive is responsible for expanding market presence, managing stakeholder accounts, and ensuring product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets. This role combines business development with ground-level sales and merchandising, aiming to drive sell-through, build brand presence, and grow stakeholder relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development & Sales**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase product distribution and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct product presentations and provide after-sales support to stakeholders.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategies.

**Merchandising & Product Placement**
- Ensure proper placement, display, and visibility of products at retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with outlets to ensure timely replenishment.
- Execute promotional campaigns, point-of-sale (POS) material placement, and visual display setups.
- Check expiry dates, shelf conditions, and overall product presentation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to roll out promotions effectively.

**Field Visits & Market Coverage**
- Plan and conduct regular visits to retail stores, supermarkets, or distribution points.
- Address on-ground issues, collect feedback, and identify improvement areas.
- Train outlet staff or merchandisers on product knowledge and brand guidelines where necessary.

**Reporting & Coordination**
- Prepare sales and merchandising reports for internal review.
- Communicate with finance, admin and warehouse teams to coordinate timely delivery and stock movement.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- _**Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.**_
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or business development (FMCG experience is an advantage).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Merchandiser: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
