**About Us**:

We specialise in the sale, distribution, and servicing of copiers, printers, large-format devices, and related consumables. As an authorised service centre for Epson and other leading brands, we are committed to delivering reliable technical support and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of printers, copiers, and large-format devices.
- Service and support Epson machines and other recognised brands, both in-house and at client sites.
- Identify and resolve issues with consumables (inkjet inks, toners, drums), paper jams, and mechanical faults.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, repairs, and part replacements.
- Assist in inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when necessary.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and professionalism in the service environment.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in servicing copiers, printers, or related peripherals is preferred.
- Familiarity with Epson products is an added advantage.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for on-site servicing.
