**Job Title**: Central Kitchen Supervisor
**Location**: Subang Pelangi

**Reports to**: Operations Manager
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Production Management**:
- Plan, supervise, and optimize daily production workflows to meet demand across all outlets.
- Ensure product quality meets the company’s standards.
- Coordinate production schedules with raw material availability and optimize stock usage.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:
- Manage inventory levels, placing stock orders based on production needs.
- Ensure accurate stock movement, keeping records of stock going in and out.
- Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor stock usage to minimize waste and ensure all stock is used efficiently.
- **Staff Supervision**:
- Manage and supervise the CK team, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and maintaining workplace discipline.
- Provide training and guidance to new staff on SOPs, hygiene, and kitchen procedures.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, with all staff following health and safety guidelines.
- **Process Control & Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure all production processes adhere to established SOPs.
- Conduct quality checks at each stage of production and address any quality issues immediately.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on production, inventory, and CK performance.
- Document and address any operational issues or discrepancies in stock.
- Report progress, challenges, and inventory levels to the Operations Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 1-2 years** experience as a Supervisor in a Central Kitchen or F&B operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, production supervision, and kitchen SOPs.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and train a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational changes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position based at Sambal Bakar Malaya’s CK in Subang.
- May require weekend or extended hours as needed.
