**Job Overview**
We are looking for a **highly organized and detail-oriented** **Operations Admin (OPSADMIN)** to support our logistics operations. This role ensures smooth administrative processes, document handling, and compliance for our fleet and drivers.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Document Management & Compliance**:
- Ensure all documents from **drivers, subcontractors, and agents** are collected and returned to the office on time.
- Sort, verify, and submit **delivery orders** to the accounts department.
**Invoice & Permits Handling**:
- Send **invoices and packing lists** for K1/K2/permit preparation for Singapore shipments.
**Driver & Fleet Records Management**:
- Maintain and update **Driver IC, Licenses, and Passports** in the shared folder.
- Ensure all **truck road tax and insurance** are renewed **before expiration** to avoid operational delays.
**Requirements**:
Experience in **logistics, operations, or administration** preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to **manage multiple tasks efficiently**.
Proficient in **Microsoft Office & Google Drive**.
Good communication skills in **Mandarin & English** (to liaise with drivers and agents).
Ability to **work independently** and under mínimal supervision.
