Job Description:
1. Prepare and conduct customer company business process analysis

2. Provide mapping requirements with software solutions.

3. Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations.

4. Document business requirements, gatherings and issues and updated business process

flows.

6. Prepare training material and conduct training for system to customer.

8. System testing on customization by technical team against customer request as per document.

9. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisors.

10. Coordinate and collaborate workflow processes and issues in designing, programming and testing.

11. Research and testing on new system, newer version and new functionality.

12. Manage customer relationships & ensure high customer satisfaction.

13. Provide project parallel and live run support.

14. Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.

15. Prepare project finalize documentation.

16. On site system installation and configuration of system.

17. Support Clients and its User.

18. Strong sense of urgency in achieving project timelines

19. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or

accessed by the network.

20. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Provide support to Sales & Marketing in Presales Activities

2. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV latest mínimal requirement

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Engineering: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
