Position: ERP Consultant Company Background: Data Center Supply Chain and Engineering company

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri

Working Hours: 9am ~6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am~ 1pm (Sat)

Salary Range: Basic RM5,000~RM7,000

Job Responsibilities

· Gain a deep understanding of the actual operational processes, pain points, and improvement needs of each link in the company's current supply chain (planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, returns);

· Communicate closely with various business departments (planning, procurement, production, warehousing, sales, finance, etc.) to collect, analyze, clarify, summarize, and confirm specific business needs related to the supply chain module;

· Map existing business processes to the standard processes of the ERP system, identify differences, and propose process

optimization and reengineering suggestions based on ERP best practices. Persuade business departments to accept the necessary changes;

· Collaborate with consultants to jointly design a supply chain module solution (including organizational structure, master data strategy, business processes, system configuration, and integration solutions) based on business requirements and ERP system functionality.

· Review proposed solution from a business perspective to ensure it aligns with the company's realities, meets core requirements, and is both operational and sustainable.

· Organize and participate in the supply chain solution review to ensure it meets business requirements while also addressing information technology development goals and the Group's strategic development.

· Responsible for system operation and maintenance, answering various user operation questions, conducting regular user operation training for new users and new services, collecting and organizing user-raised questions and optimization requests to form knowledge documents, and monitoring and analyzing system operation data to promptly identify, adjust, and optimize issues.

Job Requirement

· Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a solid foundation in business management theory. PMP certification is preferred;

· 3 years of ERP system implementation experience, having participated in at least two complete ERP project implementations, and being familiar with the business processes and system configurations of core modules such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing in mainstream ERP products;

· Excellent business process analysis and optimization skills, with the ability to deeply understand the company's business needs and translate them into effective ERP system solutions. Experience in business process reengineering (BPR) is preferred.

· Quick learning and problem-solving skills, enabling rapid response to various technical and business issues during project implementation to ensure project progress and quality.

· Strong communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit, enabling effective communication and collaboration with business departments, technical teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth implementation of ERP projects.
