JLL Research and Consultancy is based in Kuala Lumpur, comprising a team with a strong professional background. We work with JLL's business teams, providing research and insights to a wide range of external clients covering multiple sectors and disciplines. We often conduct client specific consultancy, particularly when supporting larger business assignments.

The key responsibility for this analyst role is to work with the Research and Consultancy team to generate research supporting JLL's business lines. This role will see you reporting directly to the Director of Research and Consultancy generating quarterly research reports covering specific real estate sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working directly with the Director of Research and Consultancy and other JLL business lines
- Generating quarterly research reports and other research publications
- Monitoring real estate transaction, trends and analysis
- Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and consultancy work
- A willingness and ability to present to internal and external clients

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in any field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills; good knowledge of IT
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capability to work across multiple disciplines
- Fluent English, written and spoken
