**Salary**: RM1,700 - RM2,000
Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (1 rest day on Tuesday or Wednesday)
Location: Taman Sri Gombak, Batu Caves, Selangor

1) Supervise daily operations of the kiosk to ensure smooth and efficient service
2) Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
3) Train and lead kiosk staff in coffee preparation, customer service, and hygiene standards
4) Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and reduce wastage
5) Maintain hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
6) Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate daily sales reporting
7) Promote products and implement basic sales strategies to increase revenue
8) Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
9) Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage
10) Troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency
11) Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the management

**Preferred Qualifications**

1) Previous experience in a barista role is an advantage
2) Good leadership and interpersonal skills
3) Able to work on weekends and public holidays
4) Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
5) Customer-focused with a positive attitude
6) Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
