Operational Function- To transact over-the-counter transactions on cash and non-cash transactions according to advice slips or other negotiable documents
- To record all transaction accurately and balance each day's operations
- To perform general administrative duties as required by the function
- To discharge duties instructed by immediate supervisor to serve business interests of the Bank
- Customer Relationship- To attend to customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints by providing prompt and service to customers, escalate customer's feedback to higher authority for deliberation.
- To actively involve in cross product sales activities to ensure optimal customer reach.
- Process & Compliance- To maintain confidentiality of information and comply to standard operational procedures (SOPs) and to ensure
regulatory requirements are met towards achieving operational excellent
