**Sales Coordinator**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Coordinate sales & client, managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaint or required from client and give after-sales support when requested
- Prepared and sent the proposal to the client and followed up.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and update them to the Manager team.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have
- Monitor the client progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Compile the weekly and Monthly activities to Manager team

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
