An IT Sales Coordinator's job often includes cold calling to generate new leads and manage existing client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. They also provide support to the sales team by preparing materials, managing leads, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**:Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Managing customer accounts, updating the CRM system, and preparing sales documents.
- **Sales Support**:Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, and maintaining the sales database.
- **Database Management**:Accurately record customer information in the company's CRM system and update databases with new information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,720.02 - RM2,000.00 per month
