**Sales Coordinator (Kuala Lumpur / Ipoh | Hybrid Work)

Alam-Con Sdn Bhd is a leading Malaysian manufacturer of eco-friendly Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) building materials. Since 2012, our ACON Blocks have been used in schools, hospitals, and major developments across Malaysia — recognized for their durability, safety, and sustainability.

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

This full-time hybrid role (based in KL or Ipoh) involves supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The position requires occasional travel to project sites and client locations.

What You'll Do:


• Coordinate and process sales orders


• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support


• Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing quotations


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction


• Join exhibitions or site visits when required

What We're Looking For:


• Experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office


• Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability


• Degree in Business / Marketing or related field preferred


• Background in construction or manufacturing is a plus


• Always Willing to travel**
