Internship Procurement

**KEY LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES**:

- Support daily purchasing activities in line with company procedures.
- Assist in sourcing raw materials and general procurement (local & overseas).
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery and documentation.
- Help maintain supplier records and performance data.
- Assist with SAP/ERP data entry and procurement documentation.
- Gain exposure to audits (SIRIM, ISO, FSC) and compliance practices.
- Observe cost analysis and vendor evaluation processes.
- Support preparation for supplier reviews and other ad-hoc tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, writing, and reading) is mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
