**About the Role**:
Kasagi Labo is looking for a Product Owner to lead the product roadmap strategy for our new technology platform, utilizing Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain to enable billions of fans to continuously discover the anime they love, connect with creators, and with each other, and ultimately purchase high-end, authentic merchandise.

You'll be at the heart of our development process, guiding our teams towards delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. We're seeking an individual who is not only deeply passionate about Agile methodologies but also possesses a keen eye for detail, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of delivering consumer products that resonate with users.

**What you can expect to work on**:

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, including data scientists, developers, and 150+ super fans, to gather feedback and insights.
- Define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Monitor key metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and enhance overall product satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet quality standards before release.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a product management or related role, with a proven track record of delivering consumer products to customers.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
