**What a typical day looks like**:

- To generate a full kit report based on demand to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure a smooth supply of raw materials to make sure no line-down situation.
- To joint effort with the buyer, program management, and operation team to drive for low inventory to meet management targets.
- To provide details of exposure to the customer via CSCM.
- Manage the engineering change order implementation (ECO) to demand to load.
- To ensure material & finish good liability is properly covered by customer PO To facilitate inventory count to ensure accurate stock status by quarterly Notifies the Production - Planning Manager of critical movement material and production situations that could impact schedule attainment.
- Computes the amount of material required to complete job orders.
- Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory, in-process production reports, and status and location of materials.
- Tracks and reports some key manufacturing metrics, such as cycle time against goal and/or efficiency, and assists in cycle time reduction and efficiency improvement efforts.
- Participate in Small Group Activities (SGA) for continuous improvement to work on production loading based on clear-to-build.
- To prepare and ensure delivery commitments to customers are met as per plan and always align with the customer on the priority model to build and ship.
- Ensure on-time delivery.

**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:

- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in materials or related fields.
- A background in electronics manufacturing is desired.
