Construction Project Manager

Based in our Oakland office, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Project Manager who can help us bring next-generation connectivity to our customers across the country.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our BART project team, you’ll help manage all DAS construction related activities in the assigned region. Your team will rely on your exceptional communication and leadership skills to ensure enforcement of Boldyn standards, quality assurance compliance, vendor management, and carriers’ construction requirements. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with:

- Managing evaluation, selection, and coordination of DAS installation vendors, Head End construction vendors, and A&E services providers.
- Reviewing engineering design and BOMs to establish construction budget baseline.
- Handling ordering and installation of site monitoring equipment.
- Coordinating with wireless carriers for BTS installation and integration.
- Maintaining site safety requirements.
- Conducting site walks to assess equipment space and constructability.

What you’ll bring

Think you could make a difference here? We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about the success of our team and our customers. With big ideas about how to improve our construction project processes, you’ll want to make an impact from day one. You will also have some of the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience managing large-scale indoor and outdoor DAS projects.
- Experience in working with construction contracts and competitive bidding procedures.
- An in-depth knowledge of DAS theory and products, and a high level of experience with indoor and outdoor DAS installations, fiber and coax installation, splicing, connectorization, testing, etc.
- The ability to read and interpret test results from sweep, PIM and OTDR test equipment/reports, CD’s, structural analysis, and iBwave schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
