**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Financial Reporting**:Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- **General Ledger Management**:Manage the general ledger and ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions.Conduct regular reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Record to Report function.Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Compliance**:Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations.Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Record to Report team.
- **Communication**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless information flow.Communicate financial results and insights to key stakeholders.
- **Vendor Management**:Work with external service providers and vendors to ensure smooth R2R operations.Review and manage relationships with outsourcing partners.

**Qualifications**
- Finance Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in R2R Activities such as Journal entries, Recon, Fixed Assets, CLosing
- Experience with SAP or S/4HANA is an added advantage
- Finance Graduate with Professional degree CPA equivalent/MBA
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience in Blackline is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
