Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate accounting tasks involved in maintaining various accounting and financial records and extensively monitoring and processing related data.

  • Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures of different countries; prepare reports ; correspondence and answer inquiries internally and externally regarding finance and accounting information.

  • Ensure the smooth operation of finance daily transactions and operations in Record to Report, Booking to Cash, Procure to pay, and Data Management in end-to-end finance processes in Accounting.

  • Liaise extensively with colleagues as well as financial institutions domestically and abroad across various countries.

  • Perform analytical reviews of financial and non-financial data for Balance Sheet and P/L preparation

  • Timely preparation of monthly and quarterly management report

  • Coordinate and complete annual audit with internal and external auditors

  • Liaise with related parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc

  • Work on improvement projects to enhance end-to-end finance processes.

  • Preparation of tax reports Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by management

Who you are:

  • Degree in finance / accounting with 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High learning agility and ability to work well in a constant changing environment
