Tool Install Scheduler

The Scheduler will participate in schedule and project reviews, develop and produce indicators to support those reviews. Scheduler is responsible to define and produce tools, reports, and indicators for project teams and project to manage the business and will be responsible for managing multiple project schedules.

On the project(s), the scheduler will be an interface with other Intel organizations (including commissioning, tool install, facilities operations, other projects on site), and assist in driving the integration of all associated schedules. This will include determining the timing required for Basebuild and PSSS scopes for work from Tool Install and Facilities Operations schedules, developing tracking work sheets, updating and presenting the results of those tracking worksheets in integration meetings.

The scheduler must effectively communicate the schedule status and outputs throughout the organization via business processes. As Intel's business model and the SOP changes, the scheduler must be able to manage the change and modifications to the schedule system in conjunction with the schedule team.

The work will require on-site interactions with Contingent Workers and Intel Blue Badge employees.

The scheduler must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills to analyze schedule and present the results to the project team
- Scheduling knowledge and ability to be technical advisor with respect to critical path, predecessors/successors, activity definition, activity sequencing, and logic.
- Knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software.
- Knowledge of Project management techniques and controls.
- Demonstrate ability in driving the organization to use the data to drive risk identification, quantification, response, and control with respect to the master schedule.
- Scheduler must understand project management requirements around decommission/decontamination/demolition, install, relo and conversion processes.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to identify few, key, and critical issues or rocks.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service orientation. Ability to creatively communicate the schedule to a wide range of customers.
- Knowledge of Web use, shared drive methodology.
- Understand the project triangle and change control to the schedules. The project triangle is the model that Intel utilizes to ensure the scope, schedule, and budgets are aligned.

The scheduler will have the following responsibilities:

- Develop and produce indicators to assist the project team in managing the project.
- Prepare and give presentations to communicate schedule status, risks and opportunities.
- Support the project integration meetings
- Develop/Maintain schedules for internal Intel usage.
- Document all business processes for creating, updating, and reporting procedures and comply with all procedures.

Deliverables
- Provide schedule indicators and reports as defined by management (by project team). As the needs for indicators change the contractor must be able to create and modify indicators.
- Support and participate in Construction/Schedule Integration Meetings, determine construction sequence based on customer needs, determine the needs based on customer schedules, document changes to the needs, document agreements and changes to milestone dates and definitions.
- Produce schedules for internal Intel usage.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:

- A BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred along with five plus years' experience scheduling or project management in a medium sized construction environment. This position requires a high level working knowledge of Primavera and other scheduling software, and an understanding of typical construction sequencing and logic.
- Position requires individual to be a motivated self-starter that can work independently with mínimal direction and meet expectations on a daily basis. They will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple customers and stakeholders.
