**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for supervising and co-coordinating all the activities of personnel engaged in overall operations in the outlet, to assist and to work closely with the outlet manager. To ensure the guest are greeted and attended promptly with courteous and efficient manner according to establish standard and procedure toward guest satisfaction.

**JOB SPECIFICATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To prepare employees attendance records and controlling part times payroll.
- To prepare monthly / weekly duty roster, planning to liase with outlets manager.
- Responsible for billing / guest cheque, make sure they are to be controlled and handled properly.
- Controlling of food and beverage item and operating equipment to avoid spoilage, breakage and loss - these to be recorded and report to manager.
- To ensure the room is adequately equipped with operating equipment, guest supply and table accessories.
- To give required assignment to subordinates and to brief captain. Ensure all require arrangement based in event order / reservations to be done before the event start. Prepare report on any remark / comment / complaints received.
- Maintenance and cleanliness of all area, front and back of the house.
- Should work closely to all other department related in ensuring operation runs smoothly.
- Perform others related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
