Job description Roles & Responsibilities: Drive delivery turn around time and serving as a point of contact for internal and external teams when multiple solutions and deliverables for BAU/MACD- fixed services, non-complex multi solutions project and Mobile/Biz Fiber (bulk order >25). For Mobile/Biz Fiber (bulk order >25) responsible to monitor & coordinate with OFA team & work with the relevant teams to deliver the services. For Mobile/Fix Fiber for Complex Project, Delivery Coordinator will support the BPM by monitor & coordinate with OFA team & work with the relevant teams to deliver the services. Provide update/issue/risk to BPM (if any) Delivery Coordinators to track deliverables and ensure the delivery teams meet the delivery SLA and if there is any risk/issues which might impacted the scope, timeline and budget, this need to be tracked and escalate to Head of Delivery Coordinators and Head of Order Fulfilment for further action( if required) Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions ( when required) Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs Customer fronting for training & onboarding for Complex /Non Complex solutions Responsible to coordinate between vendor and customer for the training/onboarding, includes training, setting up/configure platform (frontend), handhold customer for first transaction, coordinate/track all actions required to complete onboarding. (mDrive, Worksafe ,ecommerce - Webstore starter kit) Note : Product is now doing onboarding/training, so they want "build & implement" to take over from them Escalate issue to Sales Ops team in the event if there is any billing or ISD issue. Accountable and Responsible for the teams successful performance in Monitoring as well as the effective Coordination & Delivery of all confirmed orders Displays good understanding and comprehension of Order Delivery Management business processes from End to End, and is responsible for establishing progressively improving processes towards the new and evolving Order Delivery goals and ambitions. Requirements: Good communication skills Problem-solving and leadership skills Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills At least 5 years’ experience in service delivery function Experience in project management preferred.
