**The Impact You’ll Make**:
As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing global marketing strategies that elevate Lam’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent. Collaborating closely with our APAC teams, you will provide essential regional support while partnering with communication teams to ensure seamless brand alignment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Understand and implement global recruitment marketing strategy
- Act as liaison between Lam’s Corporate Communications and Global Talent Acquisition driving cross company collaboration
- Ensure consistency of branding and messaging of collaterals
- Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Support content creation for various platforms, including career pages and social channels
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing initiatives
- Manage upkeep of materials, files, and project logs
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with employer branding and guidelines
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work collaboratively across regions and organizations
- Proficiency in English and **_one_** of the following languages: Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese
