- To handle sales from WhatsApp HQ & other social media platforms.
- To assist customer inquiries.
- To handle company data and report
- Handle customers database
- Responsible for blasting and Follow up customers database
- Engage with potential customers and convert lead into sales. (Sales conversion)
- To handle orders from customers
- Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and Live marketing
- To assist on any general clerical tasks and duties.
- To handle any ad-hoc tasks when assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
- Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary
- Good interpersonal relationship and social skill
- Ability to be Firm & Decisive
- Diploma minimum (with 1 years working experience)
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales & Retail are welcome
- Read & Write English & Malay
- Independent with Minimum supervision
- Able to start immediately
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
