In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and nurturing partnerships with affiliates to drive brand awareness, and revenue growth. You will play a key part in shaping and executing our affiliate marketing strategy, building a high-performing affiliate network, and ensuring strong, long-term collaborations that align with our business goals.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding**: Identify, engage, and onboard potential affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and performance expectations.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication, performance optimization support, and engagement initiatives.
- **Campaign Management**: Collaborate with affiliates to create and launch effective marketing campaigns, providing them with necessary tools, assets, and guidelines to maximize performance.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Program Optimization**: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the affiliate program, including commission structures, promotional strategies, and creative content support.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, creative) to ensure affiliate strategies are aligned with broader marketing objectives.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Strong command of Malay and English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of affiliates and internal stakeholders.
- **Relevant Experience**: Previous experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership management is highly desirable. Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or social media marketing is a plus.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- **Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and foster strong relationships.
- **Self-motivated & Results-oriented**: Comfortable working independently, managing multiple partners, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
