Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Operations & Coordination

  • Propose creative design ideas and coordinate with designers to develop Key Visuals for affiliate activities.
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure all affiliate live sessions run smoothly.
  • Liaise with Customer Care to onboard potential new affiliates.
  • Coordinate sample shipments and monitor sample requests through the seller center.
  • Address and follow up on pending affiliate-related matters by working closely with Ecommerce team, Customer Marketing Management, Production House, Brand, and PR teams.
  • Manage relationships with brands and agencies to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

2. Data Management & Reporting

  • Compile weekly and monthly sales data to identify winning affiliates by brand and agency.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze affiliate performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Set and update target plans in the seller center for each brand.

3. Event & Collaboration Management

  • Prepare event details and support the execution of affiliate programs.
  • Assist in organizing live streaming sessions with celebrities and mega KOLs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event success.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Proactively monitor competitor activities and trends within the affiliate marketing landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to strengthen ParagonCorp's affiliate strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, key account management, or event coordination.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Effective collaboration skills with both cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Proactive, analytical, and highly observant of market and competitor trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced affiliate marketing environment.
