Job Description:

  • Client Management & Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal affiliate team.
  • Understand client goals, campaign KPIs, guidelines, and budget requirements.
  • Develop customized affiliate proposals and strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Prepare and conduct monthly performance reviews, covering:

  • Number of affiliate postings/content

  • Sales performance metrics
  • Individual affiliate contributions and ROI

  • Affiliate Operations & Execution

  • Define affiliate selection criteria based on brand objectives, product types, and target demographics.
  • Source and recruit affiliates using TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee Affiliate platform, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate onboarding, content briefings, and timelines for selected affiliates.
  • Affiliate Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Top 100 performing affiliates.
  • Ensure consistent engagement by facilitating a minimum of 2 content pieces per affiliate per month.
  • Create and grow a supportive affiliate community via regular engagement, feedback, incentives, and training.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential creators to become long-term brand partners.
  • Affiliate Performance Analytics
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance using internal dashboards and platform analytics.
  • Segment affiliates by performance tiers (e.g., top performers, mid-tier, underperformers).
  • Generate actionable insights to improve overall affiliate output and optimize ROI.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and root causes of performance spikes or drops.

Requirements:

  • Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, social commerce, livestream management, or content operations.
  • Familiar with key platforms: TikTok, Shopee and Lazada.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with hosts, creators, internal teams, and brand partners.
  • Ability to give clear and actionable feedback in training and performance reviews.
  • Analytical Thinking
  • Proficient in interpreting data from livestream dashboards, affiliate portals, or commerce platforms.
  • Able to turn performance metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Strong organizational skills for managing documentation, tracking performance, and verifying billing data.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
  • Proactiveness & Growth Mindset
  • Always looking for ways to optimize performance, improve content, and drive higher ROI.
  • Up to date with the latest trends in social commerce, creator economy, and platform algorithms.

Added Advantage:

  • Candidate has experience in affiliate marketing on Shopee/Lazada/TikTok/Affiliate Network - i.e.: Impact, Rakuten, Involve Asia, AccessTrade / Influencer Platforms.
  • Has experience in recruit and manage a community of influencer, content creators.
