Affiliate Acqusition Specialist

Job Responsibility:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate creators to join the platform and drive livestream sales.
- Monitor and analyze creator performance, including livestream frequency, sales conversion, and product category coverage.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates to share campaign updates, performance insights, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide affiliates with competitive commission rates, promotional materials, and product information.
- Coordinate with the ads and campaign team to enhance affiliate performance during major sales events.
- Continuously evaluate affiliate content quality and provide feedback to improve livestream storytelling, engagement, and conversion results.
Job Requirements
- Background in livestream management, KOL agency, or TikTok live affiliate
- KPI-driven mindset with hands-on creator communication experience
- Strong understanding of Shopee affiliate mechanics and live shopping behaviors
- Able to manage multiple creators, track metrics, and report issues with clarity
- English as a working language
