**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
- Take orders and serve food and beverage to customers according to restaurant standards.
- To handle customers inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner & monitor customer satisfaction.
- To be able to explain, recommend and upsell the restaurant's products to the customers.
- Receiving and processing customer payments.
- Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
- Provide support to junior staff with various tasks.
- To ensure personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene and safety standards are kept at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
