**Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Social Media Marketing Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Strategy**:Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals. Create engaging and creative posts (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform.
- **Photo/Video Shooting & Editing**:Capture and edit simple photos and videos for social media content, ensuring high-quality visual standards. Edit and enhance photos and videos as needed.
- **Poster/Video Design**: Design simple, visually appealing posters and videos for social media campaigns and promotions.
- **Community Management**:Manage daily interactions on social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Social Media Campaigns**: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns. Optimize and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all social media content reflects the company’s voice, tone, and brand identity.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate innovative strategies.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- **Crisis Management**:Address and resolve any issues, complaints, or negative feedback on social platforms in a professional manner.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing. Inexperienced applicants are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferred experience with beauty brand promotion or extensive knowledge of beauty or skincare products.
- Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.
- Data-driven thinker with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
