Account
- Handling a full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statement for the year end audit.
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- To plan and manage company cash flow properly and within budget.
- Prepare monthly financial report and ensure the accurate and correctness of report.
- Monitoring and control daily transaction/expenses involves payment.
- Updating to Company Director related to ongoing works, incoming, and pending task.
- Update and answer query from outsource, auditor, tax agent, banker and Director.
- Prepare audit, taxation and statutory including liaisons with the external auditors, tax agent and secretary firm.
- Responsible to ensure the group cost and expenses are accurately and timely recognized and promptly process payment.

Admin
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, payroll activity, recruiting, compensation and benefits.
- Manage company asset (issuance and return). Prepare manpower report (joined, transfer and resign)
- Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews and dismissals. Performing administrative tasks.
- Maintaining employee records and filling.
- Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
- Any other task as given by Director from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
