HR Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle recruitment, staff records & HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist management in daily HR & admin operations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including office facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and organization of team activities.
- Manage office admin tasks - filing, correspondence, supplies & general support.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.
- Support in preparing letters, reports, and official correspondence.
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, and preparing documents for tender submission.
- Input and manage data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**Requirements**:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in HR / Business Admin or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR & admin (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Responsible, organized & able to work independently
