**Company Description**

A fast-growing MNC is looking for **Assistant Manager, HR and Admin** to join their expanding team.

**Role Description**

The **Assistant Manager, HR & Admin** will oversee the day-to-day administration of human resources functions, including recruitment, industrial relations, employee engagement, performance management, training and development. The Assistant HR & Admin Manager will also support HR management initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
