- Develop, assess, and coordinate employee training programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR database.
- Handle attendance and basic monthly payroll processing.
- Assist with foreign worker matters (e.g., FOMEMA).
- Perform data entry of time card transactions.
- Support HR activities, employee engagement, and ad-hoc tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing (fresh graduates may apply).
- **Familiar with HRDF processes and training administration.**:

- Knowledge in employee engagement & HR operations.
- Strong English communication and ability to work independently.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
