Building Maintenance Technician

**Requirement**:

- **Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical OR relevant field of _3 years working experience_**:

- **must have Knowledge in facilities maintenance in operation and maintenance**:

- **must have Knowledge in M&E building services**:

- Self starter with mínimal supervision
- **staying near taman setiawangsa area**:

- with own transport
- **_age below 40 years old_**:

- Malaysian Citizen only

Accountabilities:

- Perform preventive, predicative, corrective, and periodic maintenance
- Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown notice in accordance to the priority and response time
- Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair request to Supervisor and Manager

Key Challenges
- Hands-on skills in facilities maintenance
- Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Breakdown Maintenance work
- Ability to trouble-shoot electrical / mechanical problems
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- **_those with lift experienced are an advantage_**:

- **to handle monthly maintenance or yearly inspection with authorities such as JKKP, OSHA and etc.**
