**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a digital filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and scanners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess at least SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a relevant field.
