We are looking for friendly, passionate and responsible persons with experience in wholesale and customer service.
**Sales Admin's Responsibility - Full time**
- Attend customer's enquiry and process enquiry accordingly.
- Prepare Sales Order / Delivery Order / Invoice / CN etc timely.
- Execute special orders for items that are not in stock or customizable action require.
- Filing documents timely and neatly.
- Liase with warehouse & production department for goods arrangement.
- Follow up outstanding order and standing instruction order.
- Prepare report on-time.
- Team-player and independent as well.
- Highly committed to complete tasks given in-time.

**Job Qualification**
- Minimum SPM Grade C+ and onwards. (Prefer Mathematic & English grade C and above).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
- New graduate is welcome to apply.
**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday: 9 a.m to 6 p.m
- Saturday: 9 a.m to 1 p.m

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
