1. Carry out monitoring and support on the Administrative work assignment at branch level 2. Support to the management staff on general affairs and coordinate human resources activities with headquarters 3. Perform sourcing, negotiation and purchasing activities to support operational basis 4. Coordinate operational in vendors management to meet the service quality provided 5. Assist in Quality documentation work in accordance to the ISO 9001, Internal and External audit involvement. 6. Monitoring and leading the team for productivity and operational improvement 7. Perform any other duties assigned by superior / management. Job Requirements - 2 - 5 year(s) of working experience in admin and related field. High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information. Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. Self-starter and able to work independently. Excellent documentation skills. Based in Prai, Pulau Pinang.
