**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound phone calls to businesses, factories, and industrial companies to gather contact details of key personnel (e.g., Facilities Managers, IT Managers, Procurement Officers).
- Maintain and update contact lists and CRM/database accurately.
- Introduce our company’s products/services briefly during calls where applicable.
- Support indoor sales functions including responding to inquiries, preparing basic quotes, and following up on leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (students encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Confident on the phone with a polite and persuasive manner.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or admin support is an added advantage.
