**Position : Key Account Manager - Healthcare Sector**

**Tenure : Permanent**

**Working Location: Ara Damansara**

**Salary : RM 8K-9K**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new lead logistics business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Build a strong understanding of target customers and assigned accounts, identifying pain points and delivering mutually beneficial solutions.
- Develop and implement long-term sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational strategic goals.
- Forecast market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and generate sales leads.
- Spearhead the negotiation and development of contracts and long-term agreements.
- Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts, preparing detailed reports for strategic meetings.
- Create business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
- Prepare actionable plans for effective lead generation and prospecting, individually and as a team.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans as required.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and market insights.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and business ethics within the team.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 4-5 years of working experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience working with public sector (government) clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
