**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. DISPATCH
- To deliver or collect documents to/from office - ensuring all assigned documents sent in timely manner.
- Perform official banking matters and duties such as bank in cheque.
- Responsible to update movement and information accurately in the group without any falsehoods.
- Arrange all task according to the urgency.
- Resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly and professionally.

2. OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Support the administrative team with record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean & organized office environment.
- Assist in buying or managing office supplies, inventory and pantry needed.
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Perform general administration and ad-hoc duties as directed by the management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least SPM level or equivalent.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically fit & mentally alert.
- Must be punctual, trustworthy and hardworking.
- Must possess own motorcycle with the relevant driving licenses.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
Saturday ( 9am to 1pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
